Villa with Swimming Pool – New York

In 2025, in the United States, in New York, the exterior of a private villa with swimming pool was completed, featuring a large outdoor area designed for high-end residential use.
For the outdoor paving, sintered stone was selected, specifically Total Stone Avorio 60×90×2 cm (24"x36"x0.8"), a technical slab developed for exterior environments exposed to weather conditions and continuous use.
The sintered stone paving was installed in the pool surround areas, sunbathing zones, relaxation spaces and the outdoor kitchen area, ensuring visual continuity, compositional balance and a bright, safe and functional surface.
The Avorio colour enhances natural light and blends harmoniously with the villa’s architecture, the garden greenery and the outdoor furnishing elements.
