Terraced Villa Taipei, Taiwan

In 2019, a ventilated facade was completed in Taipei, Taiwan, for a terraced villa using L'ALTRA PIETRA Colosseo Pietra di Gerusalemme. The project enhances the exterior of the home with a light, elegant and textured cladding, designed to create continuity across the architectural volumes and strengthen the contemporary identity of the building.
The external walls clad with Colosseo Pietra di Gerusalemme create a balanced contrast with the black vertical elements, making the facade brighter, more orderly and more recognizable.
The surface recalls the natural elegance of Jerusalem Stone through beige, golden and sandy tones. The subtle colour variations add movement to the facade without weighing down the elevation. The result is a warm and refined Sintered Stone slab, suitable for exterior claddings on villas, private residences and modern architectural projects.
The choice of a Sintered Stone ventilated facade makes it possible to clad the external walls with a technical, resistant and visually clean solution. The regular layout of the slabs highlights the lines of the building, while the natural texture interacts with glass, metal, concrete and dark finishes.
