Hyundai Motor Company Suwon High-Tech Center - Seoul

In 2025, the outdoor paving of the Hyundai Motor Company Suwon High-Tech Center was completed in Seoul, South Korea. The project is set within a contemporary architectural environment, where surfaces interact with technological buildings, landscaped areas, pedestrian routes and heavily used access zones.
For the project, L'ALTRA PIETRA 2CM COLOSSEO Quarzite Svedese was used in the special 20x40x2 cm (8"x15,7"x0.8") format, specifically cut to achieve a precise installation consistent with the design of the surrounding spaces. The rectangular format creates a regular, directional pattern, ideal for defining pathways, entrances, covered areas and representative outdoor spaces.
Colosseo Quarzite Svedese recalls the mineral elegance of Offerdal slate. Its compact, matt and subtly variegated surface adds depth without creating excessive contrasts. Anthracite-grey nuances, combined with discreet mineral reflections, give the paving a refined technical character suited to a high-profile corporate environment.
The result is a resistant and visually distinctive outdoor Sintered Stone paving with a restrained architectural character. It enhances the spaces of the Hyundai Motor Company Suwon High-Tech Center through a Sintered Stone slab with a clean, urban and functional appearance.
