Pink slate, mineral layering and grey-earth contrasts

2CM MIDLAKE Ardesia recreates the character of pink slate in Sintered Stone, interpreting its colours, mineral layering and natural irregularities.
The surface alternates dusty pink, beige, taupe and mineral greys. These shades overlap without sharp boundaries, creating paving with rich and varied colour movement.
The pink is never bright. Instead, it takes on earthy, desaturated shades reminiscent of light terracotta and pinkish beige.
These warmer tones are combined with ash grey and grey-taupe areas. The contrast changes across the surface, giving the Sintered Stone slab a naturally varied appearance.
The design primarily recalls the layered structure of slate. Light markings, small flake-like details and irregular variations cross the surface without developing into conventional veining.
The colour transitions follow the same principle. Grey areas appear to overlap the pink-earth background with soft, irregular edges, reinforcing the material character of the surface.
