Aged grey wood, ash grain and silver patina

2CM (0.8") VINTAGE Dunkel, in the 40x120x2 cm (16"x48"x0.8") format, interprets in Sintered Stone the appearance of heavily weathered European larch, with a cool colour palette and a strong material character.
The background combines ash grey, light graphite, smoke grey and silver shades. Occasional beige-brown traces reveal hints of the wood’s original colour beneath the cooler patina.
The grain runs across the surface in fine longitudinal fibres. Small knots, knot marks and subtle interruptions vary the rhythm without making the design excessively rustic.
The silver-grey patina changes in intensity along the slab. Some areas become darker and smokier, while others appear almost bleached and worn.
Subtle worn effects and lighter areas reinforce the character of aged wood. The surface retains depth without relying on strong colour contrasts.
