CONDOMINIUM, TAOYUAN – TAIWAN

In 2025, in Taoyuan, Taiwan, the outdoor paving in sintered stone of a contemporary residential complex was completed using L’ALTRA PIETRA 2CM COLOSSEO Grigioni in the formats 30×60×2 cm (12"x24"x0.8"), 60×60×2 cm (24"x24"x0.8"), including custom-made elements.
The intervention involved pedestrian paths, shared areas and connection spaces between architectural volumes, creating a continuous and orderly surface. The combination of different slab formats allowed a dynamic yet controlled laying pattern, enhancing spatial flows and project geometries.
From an aesthetic perspective, 2CM COLOSSEO Grigioni expresses a strong material identity: the natural grey tone is enriched by subtle variations and chromatic nuances inspired by natural stone. The surfaces feature a balanced graphic pattern, with soft and non-invasive veining, ideal for modern and urban architectural contexts.
