Residential ventilated façade, Zhunan – Taiwan

In 2025, in Zhunan, Taiwan, a ventilated façade in sintered stone was developed for a contemporary residential complex using L’ALTRA PIETRA Colosseo Quarzite Svedese in the 60×60×2 cm (24"x24"x0.8") format.
The intervention defines a continuous architectural skin, enhancing the building volumes through a clean and regular grid layout. The ventilated façade system improves building performance by promoting breathability and protecting the structure from weather exposure.
From an aesthetic perspective, the slab features a light grey base with fine and compact grain, enriched by subtle tonal variations. The texture faithfully reproduces the appearance of natural quartzite, delivering a refined and contemporary material effect.
