Riuso  Lambrate – Milan

In 2025, at Riuso Lambrate in Milan, we completed the outdoor paving in sintered stone L’ALTRA PIETRA Portland Londra 60×60×2 cm (24"x24"x0.8"), the interior flooring with L’ALTRA PIETRA Duomo Pietra 60×90×1 cm (24"x36"x0.4"), and coordinated stair coping elements.
The intervention is part of an urban regeneration process within the Lambrate district, transforming a former industrial building into temporary residential units. The redesign enhanced the relationship between courtyard, entrances and shared spaces, creating a refined contemporary architectural identity.
For the outdoor areas, Portland Londra 2 cm (0.8") sintered stone paving was selected, featuring a warm grey tone inspired by metropolitan stone surfaces. The 60×60×2 cm (24"x24"x0.8") slab ensures frost resistance, UV stability and anti-slip performance, ideal for courtyards and pedestrian areas.
Interiors were finished with Duomo Pietra 60×90×1 cm (24"x36"x0.4"), a refined stone-effect porcelain slab characterized by neutral tones and subtle surface movement. The 1 cm slab guarantees precision, durability and visual continuity with the outdoor areas.
