The indoor areas feature L’ALTRA PIETRA Fortezza Ceppo in 60x120x1 cm and 30x120x1 cm, chosen for its natural texture and refined aesthetic inspired by the historic Ceppo stone from northern Italy. The rich pattern enhances warm interiors, natural woods and organic textiles, creating luminous spaces throughout suites, lobbies and shared areas.
For the outdoor spaces, exposed to humidity, salt air and constant foot traffic, the project uses L’ALTRA PIETRA Colosseo Barge 60x120x2 cm.
Designed for premium outdoor applications, it offers anti-slip grip, structural stability, and superior durability in tropical climates. Terraces, pool decks and panoramic pathways gain visual continuity and contemporary elegance.
